A secluded Tuscany Villa with swimming pool

Podere dei Venti is a farmhouse, built in 1947 and fully modernised in 2003. It sits in the middle of a 12 acre plot of grassland and olive trees, facing south-west, with views across a valley of rolling hills, vineyards and olive trees. Accessed by an unmade road which also serves six other houses, the nearest neighbour is about 200 yards distant.The house and its immediate gardens are tranquil, with shady areas throughout the day, are not overlooked and are very private.

We have built a campo di bocce (boule court) on the west side of the house during the spring of 2006. We are going to plant vines to grow over the pergola to provide shade. We hope to enjoy some competitive tournaments (boule & rules provided).
