Tuscany Villa - 4 Bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms

Upstairs there are 4 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. All the bathroom fittings and plumbing were new in 2003, so there is good water pressure by a pumped system throughout the house. Hot water is by an on-demand gas-fired boiler system so that there should always be sufficient hot water. All bedrooms have electric ceiling fans and electric radiators for drying towels. Two of the bedrooms have access to a large terrace.
