A secluded Tuscany Villa with swimming pool
On the ground floor, Podere dei Venti has a large lounge/dining room leading into a modern kitchen, plus a laundry room, study and toilet. From the lounge/dining room, three glassed doors lead outside onto a large covered terrace which occupies the whole south-west side of the house.
In the garden there is a private swimming pool (approx 11 x 6 metres) with an automatic water filtration and circulation system. The pool is fenced to help prevent accidental access. Beside the pool is a pool house with changing room, a summer kitchen and a cold water shower. Elsewhere in the garden are a barbeque area, an elderly pizza/bread oven, and parking for many cars including 2 covered spaces.

In general the house and swimming pool are fully equipped for 8 people, including glasses, china, cutlery, bedding, towels etc. The furnishings and equipment are chosen from the viewpoint of private use and not just for rental. Main equipment details are as follows:
